twentyten, where have you gone to?

This year has blown by, people have parted, relationships have ended, and millions of little lives have been born into this wonderful, yet scary world. the memories this year will last a life time. cameras no longer have film, the iphone 3 is now a piece of the past, and new technologies have advanced. iphone 4! it is so wild, school certificate next year.. HSC in 3 years. and then we are left... into this huge world, told to defend for ourselves. 
Although, now its christmas, my tree is up, the decorations are flooded throughout the living room, and old memories flood back. it was recently halloween, the little children came knocking on my door 'trick or treat' and their bright shining faces were staring up at me. halloween for them is lollies, fun and dressing up. when you reach 15, its slutty girls walking around in high heels, and not wanting lollies, just looking for fun. Although, no judgements made, friends of mine did this. it is just a reflection of how much we have changed. time to check the calender, and its 14 days until christmas, and 20 days until new years eve. 
twenty eleven, please be better that this year, i am looking forward to the challenges, and the life ahead.
